Lounge
Our Lounge can be rented for smaller events including corporate business meetings, birthday parties, showers and more! The hourly rental rate allows exclusive access to the lounge and includes bar staff. Outside catering and vendors may be brought in for events. Lounge access is through the door at the back of the building. Pricing listed below excludes Holiday Weekends.
Hourly Rental
Price: $100 / Hour
4 Hours: 3 PM - 7 PM | 8 Hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
There is a $500 refundable security deposit and minimum bar sales of $100 / Hour.
Union provides you with an exclusive 14 hour venue rental (9 AM - 11 PM) allowing access to reception tables + chairs, bridal + groom suites, catering prep kitchen and coat room. Every event includes an Event Manager and requires a $1000 refundable security deposit. Pricing listed below excludes Holiday Weekends.

Hourly Rental
The main hall can be rented on an hourly basis for corporate events, private meetings or social gatherings. Hourly bookings can only be scheduled a maximum of 3 months in advance in an effort to give priority to full day bookings.
Price: $300 / hour
